Wild

Going fast and getting wild in Wilder Gulch at Vail Pass this morning.
Here we go.....
Out-stretched & sprinting Max & Zorro as we zoooom along the snowmobile tracks
in Wilder Gulch.
Wilder Gulch has some great scenery if you dare take your eyes off the trail and flying Siberians in front of you :)
Snow covered trees and snow covered mountains all around us along with nice view of
Max & Zorro in a fast "sprint tuck".
The best views, though, are Max & Zorro who love to "uncork it" and put the pedal to the metal on this trail:
Zooming again - wheeee!
Of course, all that speed in Wilder Gulch means you take full advantage of the snow at our turnaround point of the morning....
"Yum, yum - chomping snowcones to cool my jets!" demonstrates funny Zorro.

"Roll, roll, rolling snow angels to cool my jets!" demonstrates silly Max.

A fast & wild day in Wilder Gulch: 9.4 miles traveled with 1200 feet of elevation climbed and a top speed of 21 MPH.

2016/2017 Season to Date: 61 days on the trails covering 476.3 miles with 50,300 feet of elevation climbed.
