"This one is a keeper - don't let it go!" says Max the salesman.
"It comes with rodent tracks right outside the front door - perfect!" states home inspector Zorro.

Not sold on that first option? Well, let's keep going...

"No, it's not missing a door - it has an open floor plan into the forest!" states salesman Max.
"No door - great! You can ski right into the cabin!" says home inspector Zorro.

Still not sold, huh? Well, here is an intriguing lot option instead:

"Ski-in/ski-out with views, views, views! Location, location, location - you could place
a tent right here!" declare the expert salesmen...

Some really nice ski-in/ski-out properties brought to you by Max & Zorro today. A 7.3 mile skijor tour with 1200 feet of elevation climbed and a top speed of 19 MPH.

For the curious - these are actually old, abandoned mining cabins that are kept structurally intact by the forest service. They are readily accessible in the summer for bikers, hikers and 4WD whereas they are practically inaccessible in the winter without sled dogs :-)

2014/2015 Season to Date: 115 days on the trails covering 995.3 miles with 105,300 feet of elevation climbed.
