Variety

Postcard shot of Jack, Rudy and Breckenridge Ski Resort!

Fast running Jack & Rudy.
Cool shot of the ski runs of Breckenridge Ski Resort across the
valley from us!

We packed in quite a variety of trails on this morning's fast & fun skijor.

We started the day on snowmobile groomed single tracks trails winding through the forest:

Zipping along as we wind through the trees. Fun!

We then transitioned onto backcountry trails and were thrilled to find ourselves laying fresh tracks in the morning's 1-2 inches of fresh snow!

First on the backcountry trail today - woo hoo to laying
fresh tracks in March!

Eventually we dropped into Gold Run Nordic Center and topped 25 MPH skijoring the fast nordic trails!

Catching air as we top 25 MPH!

Finally, we rolled snow angels on top of each other in the fresh snow off trail:

Yes, Jack is rolling his snow angel on TOP of Rudy's head.
Oh, btw, Rudy LOVED it! He came up all smiles with a head
full of snow.

Wait, rolling snow angels on top of each other is not a "variety of trail". Ok, so we had a blast skijoring 3 varieties of trails AND rolling snow angels on top of each other. Goofball kids!

What video highlight to feature? Hmmm, today we'll go with laying fresh tracks in the morning's new snow. Come along for the fun. Oh, and notice that we transition from fresh tracks to first tracks on a snowmobile trail as the video clip comes to a close. Such a fun variety of trails this morning.

Great team, great day, great fun. Let's celebrate with retired mentor Zorro:

"Ready!" says focused Zorro.
"Great day, great fun!" adds the happy kids.

Wonderful variety of trails this morning: 8.2 miles traveled with 600 feet of elevation climbed and a top speed of 25 MPH.

2021/2022 Season to Date: 105 days on the trails covering 880.8 miles with 83,300 feet of elevation climbed.
